Our small batch sizes and superior ingredients are the key to our flavor profile consistency. We produce Golden Blends in 40 to 60 gallon quantities by hand. It is a laborous method, but allows us to use more precise measuring and monitoring methods than larger production facilities. Post production, we keep our cases in temperature controlled storerooms and let them age for a minimum of 6 weeks. This step is imperative as it allows each unique flavor to meld under the vacuum pressure within its glass container. We use tomato products that are naturally sweetened, as well as raw, fresh ingredients such as onions, horseradish, garlic, honey, and crushed red pepper. We feel the best flavors are achieved by keeping enough in one’s pantry to allow 6 months of aging before consumption. Our mission will always be to provide superior barbeque sauces to our loyal customers who appreciate an original, artisanal product.
